If the client’s exact goods is not delivered and the quality of the product delivered is poor, the customer may seek a replacement at that time..

It is required to give images of the things with which the consumer was unsatisfied The company may replace the returned merchandise with a new product. If the products received do not match the order, the order will be replaced with the correct products.

If delivery is not performed on the first try  to an incorrect or inadequate address, the recipient not being at home, the address being found locked, or the customer refusing to accept, the customer will still be charged for the transaction. Such items will not be refunded, and re-shipping will involve an extra delivery charge.


No cancellations are accepted from consumers.
